So, where are you right now?
A lot of people’s lives are perfectly functional, perhaps even successful. Nothing is obviously wrong, and there may be plenty that is right. But that doesn’t mean everything still fits.
We change as we move through life - sometimes without noticing it happening - and the life we built for one version of ourselves doesn’t always make quite as much sense to the person we’ve become.
That doesn’t necessarily mean we need to change everything. It might just mean there are parts of our lives worth looking at again.
Which of these feels closest to what you’re experiencing?
More than one? That’s completely normal. Start with the one that feels most present right now.

I’ve outgrown something that still works.

I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what comes next.

I’ve spent so long becoming who I thought I should be that I’m not sure what I actually want.

I’m carrying something from the past into a life where I don’t want it anymore.

I’m trying to work out what matters now.

I want to feel closer to other people without losing myself in them.
